about

The Hotel is a place to relax and recharge after the stress of surviving the battle of the Will vs the Intellect, your Intellect has won. It is run by Joseph Banks, who was president of the Royal Society, Captain Cook's botanist, and the man who spent weeks in a tent discovering the pleasures of the female population of Tahiti, until he could take no more! This is his version of his great voyage. Roll the dice.

lyrics

We set out in the Endeavour
To head for the New World
To Brazil and then the South Sea's we sailed
Where we watched the planet Venus
In transit across the skies
I found Venus on Earth
Every night in Tahiti

Oh our ruinous gift
Dragged onto shore
We bring you progress
Gun powder, the pox, here in my god box
Fell for the queen of paradise

Looking back I remember all the girls
They loved to party all night
And I partied all night
With the natives, anthropological experiment
I'm breaking all the rules
He's breaking all the rules

On we journeyed to New Zealand
Then west again for weeks
We made landfall in New Holland, in the spring
There the people wander freely
Waiting for the rain
Life in a pure
State of Nature

Oh our ruinous gift
Dragged onto shore
We bring you progress
Gun powder, the pox, we'll bring the god squad
When we return to colonise

Looking back I remember all the girls
They loved to party all night
And I partied all night
With the natives, anthropological experiment
I'm breaking all the rules
He's breaking all the rules
